At Grace, our Elder Board guides all church governance including finances, our Grace mission and vision, our doctrinal statement, ministry teams, pastoral employment, and interpersonal challenges.
The Elder Board supports and advises Grace's Lead Pastor in setting and upholding our vision, direction, and core values. Right now, five men, including the Lead and Associate Pastor, serve on the Grace Elder Board.
You can think of the Grace Elder Board as a band of brothers who love working together to grow Christ's kingdom by guiding spiritual explorers to encounter Jesus!

Joel leads our Grace Elder Board. He and his wife, Kim, have four grown kids. He enjoys pretty much anything that combines adventure and family. You'll often find him snowboarding, riding dirt bikes, and hiking in the Rockies.

Jason serves as Grace's Lead Pastor and as a Grace Elder. He teaches skiing at Keystone, enjoys riding his motorcycle, hiking, and traveling the world with his wife, Stephanie, and their five kids and three grandkids.

Oscar serves as an Associate Pastor and as a Grace Elder. He and his wife, Yami, lead our Grace Youth. Oscar coaches sports for South Park Schools and enjoys high adventure travel with Yami and their three amazing kiddos.

Lonnie has a passion for intercessory prayer and serving others. Lonnie is married to Michele, who leads our Grace Counseling Ministry. Most Sundays you'll find Lonnie leading in the prayer room or using his tech skills with the Grace Sound & Video Team.

Ryan and his wife, Julia, have two amazing kiddos. They enjoy snowboarding on powder days and exploring the Rockies together. Julia is an amazing ceramic artist and homeschool mom. You'll often find their family serving together in our Grace Kids ministry or helping lead worship.
